- 12 ounces papperdelle pasta

- 1 pound flank steak

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

- 1/4 cup Bloody Mary mix

- 1 tablespoon balsamic rub

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Fresh parsley or basil for garnish

- Shaved parmesan (optional)


1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

3. Brush both sides of the flank steak with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper.

4. Grill the flank steak for approximately 4-6 minutes per side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness. Once cooked, remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
