Katie & Erica with Milled will guide you through making a fresh-milled sourdough loaf, covering mixing, folding, fermenting, shaping, and scoring, along with essential tips on flavor and baking. You'll also learn to create and maintain your own sourdough starter, and leave with both an active starter and dough ready to bake at home.
